GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is Niellar?

Niellar is a global wholesale and retail trading platform operated by Niellar Trading and Logistics. We connect buyers and sellers across industries and borders to trade products in bulk or retail quantities – securely and efficiently.

Who can use Niellar?

Niellar is open to registered businesses and individuals engaged in wholesale or retail trade. This includes manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and resellers.

Please note: Only registered business entities can list products for sale. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.

Is Niellar a marketplace or a logistics company?

Both. Niellar is primarily a trading platform, but through Niellar Trading and Logistics, we also provide optional delivery and fulfilment solutions for sellers and buyers.

FOR BUYERS

How do I create a buyer account?

Click on the “Register” button and choose “Buyer.” Fill out the required details and follow the instructions to activate your account.

Can I contact sellers directly?

Yes. You can contact sellers directly via their listing page using the inquiry form or the contact details provided.

How does Niellar verify sellers?

To ensure a secure and trustworthy marketplace, Niellar verifies the legitimacy of all sellers before they can list products. Each seller must provide:

    1. A valid VAT registration certificate (or equivalent tax document);

    2. A Certificate of Incorporation issued or authorised by a recognised Government authority; and

    3. Links to their website, online store, or business social media profiles (if available).

Only registered business entities are eligible to sell on Niellar. Private individuals are not permitted to list offers.

Is there a fee to use Niellar as a buyer?

While some features are free, full access to seller contact details, profiles, and inquiry tools requires a subscription.

How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?

You can check reviews, ratings, and the seller’s profile.

Does Niellar handle delivery?

Niellar Trading and Logistics can help arrange delivery if the service is available in your area. If not, the buyer and seller will need to organise delivery between themselves.

FOR SELLERS

How do I register as a seller on Niellar?

Registering as a seller on Niellar is simple, but to maintain the integrity of our marketplace, all sellers must complete a verification process before listing products.

To register as a seller:

    1. Visit the Registration Page

Click on “Register” and choose “Seller Account”.

    2. Fill in the Application Form

Enter your business details, including your company name, email address, and contact information.

    3. Submit Required Verification Documents

To activate your seller account and gain listing privileges, you must upload the following:

        a. A valid Certificate of Incorporation of your company;

        b. A Certificate of VAT Registration (or equivalent tax registration document); and

        c. Links to your website, online store, or business social media profiles (if available).

    4. Await Verification

Once all documents are submitted, our team will review and verify your application. You’ll receive confirmation once your account is approved.

    5. Start Listing Products

After verification, you can access your seller dashboard and begin listing your offers.

Please note: Only registered business entities may sell on Niellar. Listings from private individuals are not permitted.

How do I list products on Niellar?

To list products, first register as a seller and log into your seller dashboard. From there, use the “Add Listing” feature to upload product details, including images, pricing, quantities, and contact information.

Please note that all listings are subject to approval by Niellar before they are published on the platform.

Is there a fee to list products?

You can list unlimited products with a valid seller subscription. Promotional tools are available for an additional fee.

Can I communicate directly with buyers?

Yes. You’ll be notified of inquiries via your dashboard or email, and you can reply directly through the platform.

Does Niellar provide delivery services for my orders?

Niellar Trading and Logistics offers local and international shipping and fulfilment services, where available. Delivery support is subject to service coverage and operational capacity.

How can I advertise my offers on Niellar?

As a seller on Niellar, your product listings act as a primary form of advertising. The more offers you publish – and the more frequently you update them – the more visible your company becomes to potential buyers. Consistent and well-detailed listings significantly increase your chances of generating interest and building business relationships.

To further boost your visibility, Niellar offers a range of paid advertising options. These promotional tools help position your products in high-traffic areas of the platform to attract even more buyer attention.

You can purchase advertising in two ways:

        1. Immediately after adding a new offer

        2. From the “My Offers” section of your account by selecting the “Advertise” option next to an existing listing

Available Advertising Options

        1. Week’s Best Offer

Your product will be rotationally displayed in the “Week’s Best Offer” section on Niellar’s homepage for 7 days – giving it premium visibility.

        2. Top Offers on Niellar

Your listing will be featured in the “Top Offers” section on the homepage, visible on a rotational basis for 7 days.

        3. Top Offer in Subcategory

Your product will appear above the standard listings in a specific product category, staying at the top for 7 days.

These tools are built to help your offers gain more attention, reach serious buyers, and drive faster results.

What are the rules for listing products?

    1. No Duplicate Listings:

Listing the same product multiple times-using identical titles, descriptions, or images-is strictly prohibited. Duplicate offers, defined as those with exactly the same content as a previously published listing, may be removed along with all their copies. To update or modify your existing offers, please use the ‘Edit’ feature instead of creating new listings.

    2. Prohibited Products:

The following types of offers are not allowed on the platform:

        a. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products

        b. CBD or cannabis-related products

        c. Alcoholic beverages

        d. Expired products

        e. Firearms, ammunition, and related weapons

        3. Out-of-Stock Products:

Listings must be removed promptly once the product is expired or out of stock.

ACCOUNT & PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my subscription or promotional services?

Payments can be made securely through the platform using approved payment methods. All fees are displayed before checkout.

Can I get a refund?

As stated in our Refund Policy, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Please review all terms before subscribing.

What happens if my account is suspended?

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations. You’ll be notified by email. To appeal or request reactivation, contact xxx@niellar.com.

Is my personal data safe on Niellar?

Do you share my data with others?
